Johan Postel has actively championed several initiatives that reflect his broader commitment to social and environmental responsibility. A passionate advocate for wildlife conservation, Johan Postel has been deeply involved in rescuing and rehabilitating sea turtles, snakes, and flamingos, ensuring their safe return to their natural habitats. Notably, he led the Madh Island Beach Cleanup, which attracted enthusiastic participation from doctors and staff. Johan Postel’s seamless integration into the company highlights both his adaptability and deep understanding of today’s evolving healthcare landscape. Lalasa B. Yadav  joined Griffon as a Financial Accountant. Over the course of five decades, his unwavering commitment, integrity, and excellence have seen him rise through the ranks to his current role as Executive Director. He plays a pivotal role in the overall functioning of all group companies and is a pillar of operational and financial governance within the organization.

Errol De Souza began his journey with Franco-Indian Pharmaceutical on January 10, 1977, in the Sales and Marketing division. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills, he steadily advanced to become the Head of Sales and Marketing, then Director, and ultimately Jt Executive Director. His strategic insights and dynamic leadership have been instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the group's market presence.

Errol De Souza is widely recognized for his remarkable ability to communicate and persuade, qualities that have enabled him to build strong relationships both within and outside the organization. Over the years, he has played a crucial role in successfully resolving complex industrial relations challenges, including negotiations with key stakeholders —always safeguarding the company’s interests while maintaining a positive workforce environment.

He has significantly contributed to the group's financial strength and market leadership through different generations of ownership, from Michel Postel to Pascal Postel and now Johan Postel.
